Abstract: In the context of the development of civil-military integration as a national strategy,training of military personnel must obey the requirement of civil-military integration. Taking navy national defense students as a specific research object,we explored the key of civil-military integrated training,which was comfirming the training target system.It pointed the basic requirements of college,army and civil-military integration,realized the general training objective of army cadres, highlighted thespecialty of navy,and formed a practical training program and curricular setting.
