Abstract: It is an urgent task to solve the refugee minimum standard of living and help countries through difficult by charity work for winter clothes in the anti-Japanese war period. The movement is campaigning for recruiting woolies in the cause of the anti-Japanese war period. Recruiting woolies movement has the meaning of three dimensions. This is one of the national culture psychology and expression for sending woolies, and this is a traditional folk custom. It is a traditional social relief facilities for donating woolies and succoring refugees in the anti-Japanese war. It is the obligations and responsibilities for donating woolies to aid soldiers, which has great role to stimulate morale, strengthen the important measure of resistance force.
