Abstract: After more than ten years of rapid expansion, Jiangxi higher education has entered a new stage of development. Based on the system theory, education external relations law, international standard classification of education theory, the article focuses on the key problems which affect the quality promotion of higher education in Jiangxi province, and put forward some relevant countermeasures.
