EFL学习者认知隐喻能力培养

On Cultivation of Cognitive Metaphoric Competence for EFL Learners

  • 摘要: 隐喻能力是通过隐喻性结构和其他认知机制在目标语中对其概念进行映射或编码的高级语言能力,认知隐喻能力对于外语学习有着重要作用。隐喻能力的培养应首先从制订隐喻能力培养方案入手,进而在词汇、阅读写作、文化教学等活动中全面应用隐喻理论,以期不断提高学生的隐喻思维和隐喻能力。

     

    Abstract: With great importance in foreign language learning, cognitive metaphoric competence is a high-level language ability which maps or codes the target language through metaphoric structure and other cognitive mechanisms. This article was expected to enhance students' metaphoric thinking awareness and competence through discussing methods of establishing metaphoric competence training program and penetrating it in such English teaching aspects as vocabulary, reading, writing and culture.
