Abstract: Based on the AHP method, the development level evaluation model of Jiangxi's animation industry was built innovatively. General target layer of the model was the development level of Jiangxi's animation industry, rule layer was consist of innovation, competition, industry chain, solution layer was consist of policy environment, spread channel, derivative product, target orientation, animation talent and capital investment. By the quantitative analysis, the revelation of Jiangxi's animation industry development was that innovation was critical important to development of Jiangxi's animation industry, animation company should pay close attention to animation talent and capital investment, government should provide policy guarantee for promoting development of animation industry. The model provided a new perspective for government and animation company to improve development level of animation industry.
