企业新生产线产线平衡率分析

Production Throughput Improvement for Plant Streamline N

  • 摘要: 在运用鱼骨图分析N企业生产线日产能低的原因基础上,将ECRS分析法、工作研究及人机作业分析等方法应用到产线工序内容的调整改善中,揭示了产能是制造企业的核心目标,提高产能的关键在于提高产线平衡率。

     

    Abstract: The object of this research is the new production line in Enterprise of N, firstly, analyzes the reasons of low production capacity by Fishbone diagram. Then to improve the throughput of the plant streamline N based on the methods of industrial engineering as ECRS,work study and man-machine operation analysis, for increased productivity. Finally. this research reveals the truth that assembly line is a high-efficiency mode of production, the production capacity of each process is studied to balance the line.
