Abstract: Creating charming tourism destination is important to the economy development of certain area. However, it is not easy to create a charming tourism destination successfully in rural areas, which needs some infrastructure and technical conditions, including the tourism endowment and political supports, especially personnel who operate it,and the development platform and operating mechanism of multiple levels. For this purpose, we muse draw up tourism development strategy, build platform of tourism area establishment, set up charming rural tourism destinations and exactly improve corresponding ability of operation and management.
