Abstract: Based on the background of service economy and needs of the national aviation, this paper studied the synergy innovation development problem in the perspective of service-oriented manufacturing. Through analyzing the value chain structure and value creation; it revealed the value space of aviation equipment industry. And this paper put forward the innovation model, termed as "three whole one synergy", that is, "whole industrial chain-whole factors-whole process-modular synergy", by analyzing how to realize the whole synergy innovation model of aviation equipment industry. Regarding the Boeing as the example, it analyzed the practical application of the service-oriented manufacturing and whole synergy innovation, and then as to the Chinese aviation development, it made some suggestions.
