Abstract: Facing the new situation and new mission, the study on the ways of ideological and political education in colleges faces the problem of paradigm shift, which from the traditional ways to modern ways, from single traditional subject ways to multi subject ways, from theory construction to the action research, from a single social value orientation to the multidimensional, pragmatic individual value orientation. It can make the way system upgrade comprehensively systematically and scientifically, can solve many problems of development ideological and political education in colleges.
