Abstract: Digital art as an emerging trend of art, is an important part of cultural creativity industry. The academic research of digital art and its industry in Taiwan Region are not much. The existing research is mostly analyzing the existing problems of digital art and industry in Taiwan Region from someone aspect, and is short of comprehensive perspective analysis from environment development and industry development. Digital art in Taiwan Region in recent years, with the support of the government cultural policy and cross-platform cooperative efforts, has achieved remarkable results. Digital art and its industry in Taiwan Region, however, still exist some latent problems such as lacking prospective long-term planning of cultural policy and the breadth and depth of cross-domain cooperation to be drilled and so on.
