Abstract: Generally, people would be sure about the roles that morality and ethics and legal system played in the process of promoting equality and justice in reality, while ignore the effect of "Poetic Justice" implied in art works on real life. "Poetic Justice" is the justice category discussed in the scope of art,whose power comes from personal aesthetic experience. Fully understanding the conception of "Poetic Justice" and then having a sense of acceptance on it need us distinguish it from other kinds of justice and explore its existence basis and its value to reality.
