Abstract: The quality law talent is the latest expression of the high-quality legal personnel given by the officials in China.Obvious superiority and characteristics are the magic weapons and strategies of training quality law talent in many universities. The formation principles of embodying history implication, reflecting resource advantage and bearing talent value, and the formation rules of following regular patterns of law education, connecting native tradition and standardization requirements, and combining refinement and consturction are universal criteria for the organization of training quality law talents to form its own distinguished native characteristics.
