Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of existing problems in Chinese science and technology loan credit risk compensation mechanism, summary and analyse the successful experience of science and technology loan credit risk compensation mechanism of United States, Japan and Germany. Analyses were made about the applicability of the foreign mature experience of the economic development of different areas in China. Finally, we combined with the actual situation of our country and put forward the suggestion to perfect our country science and technology credit risk compensation mechanism separately from the dimensions of government, financial institutions and enterprise.
