Abstract: The positive interaction of "people's enrichment" and "ecological beauty" is one of the important goals in economic development. To countries or regions, scientifically evaluating the relationship between "people's enrichment" and "ecological beauty" plays a positive role in decision-making. This paper, we decomposed the "people's enrichment" into people's material life and cultural life, and specified the "ecological beauty" including the natural environment and living environment. By system dynamics, we built the system dynamics model between "people's enrichment" and "ecological beauty" in order to analysis the relationship of the two.
