研究生需要层次的界定及激励制度的构建
Determination of Postgraduates' Hierarchy of Needs and Establishment of Motivation System

摘要: 从不同年龄结构、培养类型、性别以及生源等4个方面对研究生需要层次进行界定,在充分考虑研究生个体差异的基础上,构建了基于马斯洛需要层次理论的研究生激励制度。该研究成果对学位建设与研究生教育质量的提高和改革具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。Abstract: The postgraduates' hierarchy of needs were determined by age structure, cultivated type, gender and domicile, respectively. Accordingly, the motivation system was established through Maslow's hierarchy of needs. The research results can be applied as reference or guidance for reforming and improving academic degrees and graduate education.
