一般工科院校研究生兼职辅导员助管工作的实践探索——以南昌航空大学为例

Practice and Exploration of Assistance Supervisor Work of General Engineering Graduate Student Part-time Counselor——Taking Nanchang Hangkong University as an Example

摘要: 在高校学生工作中,实行研究生兼职辅导员的高校越来越多,研究生兼职辅导员的实施也显得非常必要。通过建立健全研究生兼职辅导员各项管理及考核评价机制,明确研究生兼职辅导员的角色定位,发挥研究生主体意识,形成与研究生人才培养相结合,与研究生职业规划相结合模式,实现研究生思想政治教育工作的创新。

Abstract: More and more colleges have implemented part-time graduate student counselors in student work, and it is very necessary.Through establishing and improving the management and assessment mechanism of part-time graduate student counselors, identifying their role orientation,playing their subject awareness,forming the patterns of combination with personnel training and career planning of graduate student,the innovation in ideological and political education work of graduate student can be realized.
