摘要: 文化产业发展的客观需求,使文化产权交易法律制度的确立成为必要。文化产权交易法律制度的内容设计,应从文化产权交易功能和属性出发,确定产权交易权利体系和权利类型,梳理文化产权交易法律关系,制定文化产权交易基本原则,健全文化产业投融资体系,明确文化产权交易纠纷的解决方式,从而为文化产权交易提供法律制度保障。

Abstract: It's necessary to establish the legal system of cultural property transactions for the objective needs of the cultural industry development.The content of the legal system to the cultural property transactions should be designed in the function and quality of cultural property transactions,determine the system of property transactions and right types of transaction,sort out the legal relationship of cultural property transactions,formulate the basic principles of cultural property transactions,and improve the cultural industry investment and financing system,clear disputes resolution of the culture property transaction,make sure our cultural property rights with legal protection.
