Abstract: According to the law, blood donors have the right of restitution for the donated blood, which ensures that blood donation is protected under the law and that it encourages more citizens to take part in the act of benevolence. In the future, we will take more efforts to establish a national-wide blood restitution system in which a blood donor can go to any blood center close by for one-stop service, regardless where and when he or she donated blood.
