中国安全观视阈下国防教育发展及创新探析

Analysis of the Development and Innovation of National Defence Education under the Perspective of China Security Concept

  • 摘要: 伴随着我国安全观念的演化历程,国防教育大致经历了三次重大转型。安全观主导了国防教育的主要内涵和预期目标,中国新安全观客观上对国防教育发展提出了新要求。在新安全观下,国防教育要以理念创新为起点,明确教育目标;以内涵创新为根本,拓展教育思路;以内容创新为基础,优化教育功能;以实践创新为保障,落实教育形式,从而夯实国家安全的群众基础。

     

    Abstract: With the evolution of national security concept, the national defense education has experienced three major transition. Security concept has dominated the main connotation and anticipated goal of the national defense education. China's new security concept objectively put forward the requirements on the national defense education innovation. Under the new security concept, concept of national defense education should take concept innovation as the starting point and clear goal education; take the connotation of the innovation as the fundamental and expand education idea; take the content of the innovation as the basement and optimize the education function; take the practice of the innovation as guarantee and carry out the education forms, so as to consolidate the national security of mass base.
