Abstract: The Communist Party of China has successfully achieved the historic transition from the revolutionist to the ruling party in which the main line is the party's construction, and the major task is to build a "three-type" party, that is the learning party, service-oriented party and the innovative party. Based on the historical background, thinking mode, the group of party members, as well as the construction emphasis, the thesis's specific analysis of the construction of the "three-type" party is conducive to summarize the party building's experience and regulation more intensively and comprehensively.
