  • 摘要: 基于CareerEDGE模型,运用因子分析方法,找出影响理工类大学生就业能力的组成因子,进行定量分析;以分析结果为依据,提出提高理工科大学生就业能力的对策。

     

    Abstract: Based on the CareerEDGE model, using the method of factor analysis, quantitative analysisand found out the influence factor of science and engineering college students' employment ability.Based on the analyzed results,we finally proposed some countermeasures to enhance the science and engineering college students' employment ability.
