Abstract: Rural circulation industry independent innovation is an important part of national innovation system,and it has important strategic significance to improve rural circulation environment and promote rural circulation economy and social development. However,there are still obvious deficiencies in the process of China's rural circulation industry development. Meanwhile, the theoretical knowledge about rural circulation industry independent innovation is not systematic and in-depth.Based on enterprise innovation theory,the paper analyzed the connotation of rural circulation industry independent innovation,and defined the systematical structure of rural circulation industry independent innovation,and the constituent elements and implicit dynamic mechanisms in the structure were also analyzed,in order to provide theoretical references and implications for the cultivation of rural circulation industry independent innovation ability.
