Abstract: Since the 18th National Congress of C.P.C, the domestic academia has researched on mass line from multiple levels and angles, and achieved fruitful results from the following aspects:the connotation, the significance, the historical process, the experiences and lessons, the restricting factors, and the methods and ways to carry out mass line. Through the systematic carding of these results, the essay draws the outline of the overall contents of existing research results and provides references for the further research.
