Abstract: Japanese unique nature and geographic conditions have brought up the unique ancient national religious——The Original Shinto. The unique national cultures created a unique national character and double psychology,and became an important part of the spirit detail of controlling Japanese national psychology and the behavior. In the early modern period, the grumous cultural environment was utilized by The Meiji Government,and fostered national ideology of modern Japanese polity of Caesaropapism——State Shinto, which effected so far.
