Abstract: China should establish and improve the logistics system of laws and regulations, in order to fit the modern logistics industry developing fast, healthily and sustained. But there are some problems in present logistics legislation in our country, including the lack of coordination, authority, internationalization of legislation, and system and supporting are not enough.At the same time, some defects and deficiencies in present construction theory of the logistics system of laws and regulations exposed through analyses of related literatures.It can provide a new idea for the construction of logistics system of laws and regulations in china by the integration of system's entiety,structual function,hierarchy,openness and flexibility in the Logistics legislation.
