Abstract: Serving the people is the justice source of philosophy and social science's core value orientation in colleges and universities. The core problem in booming philosophy and social science and in constructing its innovation system, is how to implement its service for the people essentially. This includes that serving the people is the justice sources on philosophy and social science in the following aspects, orrather, common view of core value,self-consciousness on overall understanding,theoretical self-consciousness and self-consciousness on moral behavior.
