Exploration into the Policy Support to Population Gathering in the Center Cities of Economically-underdeveloped Areas——Taking Ji’an City of Jiangxi for Example

in the process of rapid urbanization, how to improve the population gathering ability in the center cities and coordinate the population gathering and flowbetween the center city and other units inside and outside areas has become an important subject. According to the characteristics and demand of urbanization of Ji'an City,the policy support to the population gathering guided by the government is what counts. The government should concentrate advantageous sources in the policy making, develop center urban areas, regulate the industrial structure, improve the urban radiation ability, improve the policy environment, promote the population gathering so as to improve the economic radiation ability of the city and make Ji'an become the locomotive of economic development in central Jiangxi.
