The Scientific Methods of General Scheme for Constructing the IE Training Centre of NIAT

This article discusses the scientific methods for modernen engineering training centre should supply the cpractical and innovatory spot for the students' engineering general qualify training in Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Techonology and other universities;and should be the innovation spot for science and technology transfer.Furthermore,it suggests that the training centre should organically standardize the current teaching materials so that it can train the qualified instructors of innovatory and practical teaching.
