  • After China entered into WTO,the Cooperative Financial Institutions(CFT) will confront some brand-new challenges,but there are still some opportunities for the CFT.By analyzing the characteristic of such institutions,this thesis provides some advices and countermeasures for the CFT to overcome the challenges.
