The Teaching and Practice of Management Psychology Based on the Theory of Constructivism

Abstract
As the most popular learning theory and teaching theory in modern west, constructivism has become a further study and development in studying theory from behaviorism to recognism, which will offer all educators a whole new perspective in education psychology to inspect teaching. Since learners' initiative, constructive, perspective and social attitudes are more emphasized in constructivism, "situation, cooperation, conversation and meaning construction" naturally form the four factors in the learning environment. Based on constructivism, this paper will carry out practical study on the teaching modes, methods and content designs in management psychology and offer suggestions on dealing with existing problems during teaching.
