Study on the Relationship of Job Analysis and ISO9001 System Based on BPM

This paper studied the relationship of job analysis and ISO9001 system from the perspective of BPM.The research suggested that job analysis for enterprise management of ISO9001 system played a significant impact on performance.The ISO9001 management system,once established,will in turn promote or hinder job analysis.According to ISO9001,2008 quality management system standard,studying the ways from which job analysis and ISO9001 system interrelated and interacted,we expounded positive and negative effects of ISO9001 system to job analysis.And further,we studied how the job analysis assisted ISO9001 management system in exerting process management value.
