Upgrading of Competition of Science and Technology in Nanchang Based on Comparative Study

Based on survey of the present development conditions and the trend of the science and technology competivity in Nanchang city,this paper analyzes the advantages of science and technology competivity of the city in semiconductor lighting technology,electromechnical technology,biomedical aspect,etc.as well as the disadvantages in the compound talents,government budget devotion and parts of supporting policies.In order to improve the competivity of science and technology,it puts forward some suggestions,that is,to promote the effective supply of science and technology elements,to prop and guide Nanchang to take new industrialization road with the independent innovation to realize the economic and social harmonious and sustainable development.
