    Abstract
  • Based on the municipal condition in vestigation and on the good experience they got from the investigation to the coastal economically advanced areas,Xinyu Municipal Party Committee and Municipal government made and carried out "the decision to speed up the Ten Reform Projects" so that this city's economic and other municipal constructions took on a new look.The article makes a brief investigation on and decribes the other's enlightment from Xinyu City's mind emancipation and its renewal of model of thoughts.
