Rethinking on the Structural form Involving Mistake of Express of Will

Civil law countries make a strict distinction between mistake in expression and that of will in the inherent structural form involving mistake of express of will. However,the distinction is useless for solving problems in practice and it will confuse the utilities in reality. We think that reconstructing the structural form of mistake in expression of will is significant and useful in realities.
