On the Construction of the Psychological Intervention System for Emergency Crisis in Military Colleges

crisis intervention is the immediate psychological intervention following emergency crisis or traumatic events. As an education agency, military college is responsible for eliminating the psychological injury caused by traumatic events and maintaining psychological health of cadets. Except from the interventions taken after events, a complete psychological intervention system constructed before events is more important, which should be composed of intervention leadership agency, intervention staff and conduction procedure.
