Reflections on Innovation Mechanism of Ideological and Political Work Team for College Students

The reform of ideological and political work in colleges and universities is the inevitable need of new development in higher education.This paper proposes a new thought about the innovation of students' work team,that is,integrating class administrator,tutor and instructor.It is one of the best methods for solving the problem of lack of personnel doing students' work at present.
