E-Learning and the construction of qualified teachers in higher education

Abstract
E-learning is the inevitable consequence of the digitalized higher education and the teaching development. Its developing tendency will arouse a series of reforms in the course of higher education. However, there still exist a lot of difficulties in the practical application of it into the teaching process. The key problem does not lie in E-learning itself, but in the fact that the construction of the qualified teachers cannot adapt to E-Learning. So only through strengthening the construction of qualified teachers, inspiring teachers to combine E-Learning and the traditional way of teaching can we motivate the wide application of E-Learning in the course of higher education.
