Elaboration on dangerous means in the crime of endangering public security through dangerous means

In this paper the author defines dangerous means in the crime of endangering public security by the dangerous means as one whose dangerous degree is equal to that of incendiaries, destruction of dam, explosion and the delivery of dangerous articles. After defining its basic features, it proceeds to analyze and demonstrate how to identify dangerous means. And then the author makes a preliminary theoretical probe into a related judicial interpretation proposed by the Supreme People's Court.
