Study On Regional Logistics Competitive Assessment Model Based on Diamond Model

Combined with regional logistics characteristics and national conditions of China and based on the analysis of Porter's Diamond Model,this paper constructed an assessment model of regional logistics competitiveness and its corresponding evaluation index system.Based on this index system,this paper evaluated and classified the regional logistics competitiveness on a national scale with Factor Analysis Method as well as Hierarchical Clustering Method.The evaluation and classification results were consistent with the actual situation of the regional logistics in China.Finally,by using Comparative Analysis Method,this paper analyzed the characteristics of logistics competitiveness of Jiangxi,and put forward some targeted proposals.
