Development Trend of Pioneer Products in Technology Innovation of Enterprises of Jiangxi Provincial

The pioneer products become more and more important in innovative technology.The output value and foreign exchange earnings through export of pioneer products will increase at the rate of more than 10% in the following 3 years.In spite of the intensification of protection consciousness of intellectual property rights in the enterprises of Jiangxi province,the number of overseas patent is still small(occupied 0.63%),the high-precision and advanced technology with autonomous&intellectual property rights was not strong.Thus is it critical to improve the attraction and motivation mechanism of talents of science and technology,to increase effort in introducing high-qualified innovation talents,to execute new policies in favor of innovation of science and technology and to provide financial support in research.Meanwhile,the perfection of the mechanism of the unification of industry,teaching and research should be improved in order to promote autonomous innovation of enterprise,and to strengthen enterprises'capability of technology integration and industrialization.
