The status and behavior and function of the urban government in the urban operation

This paper carried out all kinds of economic analysis of urban government at first. Then combined with the transforming of the status and role of the urban government during the process of Chinese reform and openness and the economic transformation into market economy, probed into the probability of the urban operation after the environment which urban government faced had changed and the status, behavior and role of urban government in the urban operation.
