A Study on the “Ethnical State” of Modern Japan：“Ethical State” or “National State”

The individual political status is the important factor which decides the national character.The " national" of modern Japan is a contradictory complex.On the one hand it lacks independence as "the subject",on the other hand it has achieved the close combination of the people and the state.Just Because the modern Japan does not have the original significance of nation,it cannot be called "national state",but known as "ethnical state".
