Review of the principle of a legally prescribed punishment for a specified crime after its codification

The criminal analogy system which had been practiced many years was cancelled because of violation of the principle of a legally prescribed punishment for a specified crime and the principle of a legally prescribed punishment for a specified crime was finally established in the newly issued criminal code in 1997,which was undoubtedly a milestone in the development of criminal law.However,many problems brought about by both the complexity of social reality and the time lagging and loopholes of law badly required resolutions.Therefore,this article brings forward a probable method of establishing criminal cases system to cover the lacuna.
