Analysis and Design of Enterprise Risk Management System Built by Weapons and Equipment R & D Enterprises

Weapons and equipment R & D enterprises have an important task of enhancing national defense forces,they'e high-technology,high-investment,high-risk,long-period and low-risk-tolerance industry.The managers urgently need to upgrade the level of risk management.This paper describes the enterprise risk management theory,analyzes the necessity,urgency and feasibility of the enterprise risk management system built by weapons and equipment R & D enterprises,designs and elaborates an enterprise risk management system meeting the need of weapons and equipment R & D enterprises and finally,proposes the implementation recommendations from eight aspects.Building and implementing the enterprise risk management system will greatly enhance the risk management level of weapons and equipment R & D enterprises.
