Analysis of the structure of the stratum of industrial workers of China in the current times

After reviewing the development of the stratum of industrial workers in China,this paper points out that it has undergone great changes after the reformation,which is an historic development,but there are still some problems that we can't ignore.We should solve the problems so as to steady the development of our society and economy.
