The Reform and Innovation of the Rural Organization from the Perspective of the Public Products

In the process of building a harmonious society and a new village of socialism, our current task is to change the productive and living environment and condition of the peasants, and also to promote the social stability, harmonious and prosperous of the rural area.But, this phenomenon blocks the development of economy in the rural area.Therefore, the effective of the rural organization to the public products become the basic task in the post-tax-era.This thesis uses the method of historical comparison from the rural public products' perspective, and to analyze the effect of rural organization in supply public products in the different periods.Our basic conclusion is to take the civil organizations into account, instead of the traditional way of supervision, and to promote the reform of rural public products through the effective way of check and balance of the rural organization.
