Employment policy is the behaviour norms which the state makes to solve the employment problem. On this issue, especially on job-training,the prevention of unemployment and unemployment insurance, Chen Yun put forward a lot of important thoughts and policies which played a very important role in resolving Chinese employment issue under the historical conditions at that time.
