The China Democratic Alliance during the constitutionalism movement in the forties

With the development of the two Constitutionalism Movements, the China Democratic Alliance also has gone through three stages. Firstly,"Human Rights Movements" and democratic policy of the Kuomintang before and after "9.18" made the democratic intellectual combine tentatively. Secondly, the First Constitutionalism Movement created the terms for the establishment and tentative development of the China Democratic Alliance. Thirdly, the second Constitutionalism Movement made the China Democratic Alliance go through its prosperity and setback. The development of the China Democratic Alliance gives us following enlightenments. Firstly, the China Democratic Alliance and two Constitutionalism Movements interact: Secondly, it states the particularity of the relation between the Chinese constitutionalism and political environment: Thirdly, it also states a paradox on the relation between the political party and the constitutionalism in political modernization.
