Reflections on the reform of property right Of the present state-owned enterprises

The reform of state-owned enterprises concerns the healthy development of national economy. The reform of property right of state-owned enterprises has been the focus of argument in the process of reform. At present,there are different views in the academic circle about whether or how the state-owned enterprises need the reform of property right. This paper thinks that, although some problems exist in the course of the state-owned enterprise reform of property right, we can not give up the reform. Only if we handle the various problems that appear in the reform course,the reformed state-owned enterprises are sure to promote the development of the market economy of our country with new vigour.
