Practice and reflection on the cooperative bringing-up of engineering postgraduates in the institutes of technology between colleges and enterprises

This paper analyzes the great role of the cooperative bringing-up of engineering postgraduates between colleges and enterprises in the development of the institutes of technology and by summarizing the experience of the cooperative bringing-up of engineering postgraduates between colleges and enterprises in our institute in the recent five years,puts forward some suggestions about sticking to and improving the practice.
